1st Chisholm's Raiders RCT: The Green Giant

The Raiders' 'Mechs and vehicles lack a cohesive paint scheme, but all bear the Chisholm's Raiders insignia.

The insignia of Chisholm's Raiders is a blue disc on which is a black triangle representing a native American shield. Radiating out from the shield are six white arrows, each pointing in a different direction. Recently a fan of feathers was added to the base of the shield All Raiders' mechs and vehicles bear the Chisholm's Raiders insignia. The quality of the painting, done by the pilots, varies considerably, lending to the slapdash image of the unit. Per FM:Federated Suns, pages 59 and 60.

This mini was painted in a tree-line camouflage, using Americana Winter Blue washed with Americana Coral Blue for the top section, Americana Arbor Green washed with Americana Black Forest Green for the green section, and Americana Raw Umber washed with black for the legs. The entire mini was washed with a light black wash, and highlights in the base colors were added via a light drybrush.
